These do NOT fit the actual vintage figures from the late 70's and early 80's but they fit the ones from 2010-2012 and the ones released April 2018. 

These fit the carded figures that are 9 x 6 x 1 7/16 or roughly 22.9 x 15.2 x 3.6cm.
